Frequently asked questions
Currently MRT Line 6 is the only operating metro line in Dhaka — so there are no transfers yet. As more lines open, the planner will automatically include interchanges.
Running times are our estimate — DMTCL publishes no station-to-station times: each hop is 2–3 minutes and the full route about 38 minutes. Allow a small buffer for station entry / ticket purchase.
The planner shows the official Single Journey Ticket fare for your pair of stations, taken from the DTCA station-to-station fare table: from ৳20 to ৳100 (Uttara North ↔ Motijheel). With an MRT Pass or Rapid Pass 10% less is deducted.
